HISTORY:

TanTum Automotive Systems Inc. was founded on December 5, 2003 in Dorchester Ontario, Canada . As a unique organization with a unique product manufactured by a unique technology, TanTum also has unique design. The words unique, innovation and evolution are the principal elements of TanTum's philosophy and serve as the key to the open markets and to our future.

OWNERSHIP:

The newly created organization, TanTum Automotive Systems Inc. (later used as TanTum) was founded by Lance John, President & CEO. Lance has many years of automotive experience involving design, development, testing and manufacturing products with major automotive organizations in the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia .

VISION:

Our Vision is to act on all markets that use Electric and Alternate Fuel Vehicles as one company that inspires its employees, customers and suppliers to promote: new designs, apply newest technological innovations for manufacturing, materials and methods, while using latest designs, share strengths, protect environment, and collaborate with each other regardless of the market segment we work in.

Our Vision is to be proactive to standards, regulations and market demands with a focus on product and process innovation while setting highest standards for the industry we are in, which ultimately increases our competitive edge.

MISSION :

Our Mission is to design, develop, manufacture and provide to the market automotive products of superior customer value in quality, delivery, price and service through integration and partnerships of customers, contractors / distributors, suppliers and employees and by use of latest and sophisticated technology and advanced as well as recycled materials.

TanTum will continuously improve products, processes, systems and services to meet and exceed the needs of our customers. We will deliver defect free products and services on time and every time.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY:

TanTum will communicate roles and responsibilities to all employees to ensure compliance with legislation.

This will be achieved through:

Develop a full range of electric utility vehicles to serve as a stepping stone in the protection of our environment.

Work along side with organizations and individuals to promote research and development of new technologies to be used to benefit companies, our public, and most importantly our planet.

RULES OF OPERATION:

One of the rules of our organization is to secure and maintain a profit margin of a minimum 30% points for all business we enter into.

We need to strive and re-invest at least 60% of our profits into TanTum's growth and we, will ensure that all the middle man activities are strictly controlled and that the final customer gets fair product for a fair price.

INVESTMENTS & CONTRIBUTION:

There are going to be many options to grow with TanTum. We, as partners, will issue preferred shares which will provide for unlimited potential to grow with us while investing into our success. TanTum's goal is to become publicly traded company within 3 years of operation.

TanTum is a company that will bring our talent, our energy, our investments, and our best into and make it grow; TanTum is not going to be one of the companies that people will be just taking away from…..
